Dr. Irma Dewiyanti, S.Pi., M.Sc. is a marine biologist with expertise in coastal ecosystems, particularly in Aceh, Indonesia. Their research covers the development of marine species such as Peres fish larvae and green shells,
as well as the ecological roles of mud crabs and microorganisms in mangrove environments. Dr. Irma Dewiyanti, S.Pi., M.Sc. also focuses on the conservation of mangrove and seagrass ecosystems, estimating carbon stocks and studying
plant diversity for ecosystem restoration.
Additionally, they work on sustainable aquaculture practices, exploring the use of probiotics to improve fish health, and promote sustainable mangrove ecotourism. Their interdisciplinary work aims to balance environmental conservation
