Lola Adres Yanti, S.Hut., M.Si earned her bachelor’s degree (S1) in Silviculture from the State University of North Sumatra, then continued her master’s degree (S2) in the Silviculture Study Program at the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Bogor. With this background, she has strong academic competence and is known as an expert in silviculture and plant pests and diseases. Her expertise in silviculture covers aspects of seedling techniques, planting, maintenance, and sustainable forest management, including efforts to rehabilitate degraded land and increase forest productivity. This area of expertise is highly relevant in supporting natural resource conservation, controlling forest plant pests and diseases, and implementing environmentally friendly forestry practices.

Lola Andres Yanti is a researcher specializing in the mangrove ecosystem, with a focus on carbon accounting and mangrove restoration. Her work centers on quantifying the role of mangroves in climate change mitigation through blue carbon storage, while developing strategies for the sustainable rehabilitation of degraded coastal ecosystems. Lola integrates scientific research with practical conservation approaches, supporting evidence-based policies and community-driven initiatives that enhance coastal resilience, biodiversity protection, and sustainable livelihoods.
