Ir. Subhan, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU completed his undergraduate education at the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) with a concentration in Forest Management, continued his master’s program at the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in the field of Natural Resource and Environmental Management, and earned his doctorate at the University of Science Malaysia with a focus on Environmental Biology. this educational background has equipped him with in-depth expertise in forest management, natural resource management, and ecological and environmental biology studies, which support his work in the development of science, research, and sustainable forest management practices at the national and international levels.

Ir. Subhan is an expert in forest rehabilitation and restoration, with a proven track record of designing and implementing sustainable solutions for degraded landscapes. With years of hands-on experience, Ir. Subhan has successfully led reforestation projects, community-driven afforestation programs, and ecosystem restoration initiatives in both tropical and semi-arid regions. His expertise extends across soil health management, native species selection, watershed restoration, and climate-resilient forest practices.
